SPIRE is currently hiring for a Travelling Teller (Member Service Officer) based in our Elk River branch, but may float to the St. Michael and Princeton branches if needed. What You Will DO: ENGAGE with our members, listen to them, and understand their situations EDUCATE our members on what SPIRE can do for them PROCESS transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy and professionalism GROW with us by using the tools provided to stay on top of financial industry trends, products, services and training opportunities ENJOY working next to your SPIRE teammates and managers helping each other to succeed PROVIDE members with excellent service through face to face interactions on a daily basis Who Are YOU: You are enthusiastic and passionate about helping others You enjoy learning and want a careernot just a paycheck You understand financial products and services or are interested in learning about them You are comfortable having conversations and making recommendations You seek new ways to serve others in your community You work well with others, even when things dont go as planned You embrace change and a fast pace You are organized and can multi-task You have a High School degree or GED (required); previous financial service experience a plus Whats in it for YOU: Competitive WAGES (minimum $18.50 hour, Saturday paid 1.5x for hours worked, and bonus paid for working 7 or 10 Saturdays in a quarter) plus quarterly bonuses and incentive plans (for specific departments) Opportunity to GROW by receiving constructive guidance Development opportunities thru CAREER pathway in branches Participation in GIVE BACK to our communities thru volunteering, community events, and companywide campaigns Great BENEFITS include affordable healthcare ($53 per check) and 6% 401K contribution If this location is too far from your home and family, check out our other postings.
