Want to gain some great experience helping to close the books and analyze the financial statements of a global publicly traded company? This role will be responsible for helping to manage a small team of Staff Accountants by reviewing and approving their work while adhering to the internal controls for TTEC. This role reports directly to the Accounting Manager.

During a typical day, you will

• Lead the month end close process for multiple locations.
• Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations for multiple locations to ensure compliance with US GAAP.
• Supervise 1-3 direct reports, provide timely coaching and feedback to promote professional growth within the team.
• Assist in preparation of audit requests and lead other projects as deemed necessary
• Assist the team in drafting written documentation of key judgments, i.e. reconciliations, accounting memos, etc.
• Work closely with other accounting teams and cross functional peers in finance, tax, sourcing and operations.
• Be aware of SOX requirements and maintain compliance with key controls related to accounting duties.

What You Bring to the Role

• BA/BS in Accounting
• 3 years of public accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP required, including foreign currency translation
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $67,000 - $80,000 USD. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
