Plant / Distribution Operator

The applicant will assist in the operation and maintenance of the city's water treatment plant including equipment, facilities, and grounds. The applicant should be able to troubleshoot and maintain plant equipment and have an aptitude for mathematics and computers. Must possess good public communications skills with the desire to work in a team environment. Experience is preferred, but we can train the right person. Employee will be required to obtain water treatment and distribution operator certification and a CDL within a timely manner.

The starting salary range is $19.01 to $19.96 per hour depending on experience.
