HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO OUR TEAM (Overview & Key Responsibilities):

The Installation Manager is responsible for supervising and training our installation technician team, along with the coordination and completion of all installation projects.

  • Confer with our Sales Team, Customers, Contractors, Design Professionals and Vendors to discuss and resolve all matters for a successful construction installation project.
  • Plan & coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines including managing subcontracted jobs.
  • Maintains install schedules.
  • Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
  • Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building, environmental and safety codes, or other regulations.
  • Plan, organize, or direct activities concerned with the construction or maintenance of structures, facilities, or systems.
  • Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites to ensure that proper construction procedures are being followed.
  • Provides install tech support to all Install Leads.
  • Implement new or modified plans in response to delays, bad weather, or construction site emergencies.
  • Demonstrate ability to analyze data to determine project feasibility and ability to train others to perform pre-building assessments and feasibility assessments.
  • Analyze forecasting data to improve business decisions.
  • Communicate & implement organizational policies and procedures.
  • Estimate labor requirements at the job level.
  • Investigate job site accidents.
  • Provide excellent leadership and training to our Install Technician Team.
  • Promote Reliable Plus safety initiatives and conduct safety meetings.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Car wash industry experience or previous equipment installation experience preferred.
  • Technical Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Construction, Installation, or Service field preferred.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and decision making considering relative costs & benefits of potential actions; critical thinking logic & reasoning to identify solutions.
  • Working understanding of Project management software and ERP systems along with strong Excel skills.
  • Valid Driver License required.
