As a Controller, you will:
- Demonstrate Drylock Core Values: Safety, Respect, Ownership
- Lead all Finance and IT employees
- Prepare and analyze the monthly financial statements (profit and loss account, balance sheet, cash flow statement) in accordance to Group GAAP and define together with members of management team the actions which are required in order to reach company targets
- Assist the management team in defining the right KPI's in order to reach the company targets
- Assist in planning and establishing economic goals and objectives for the company.
- Prepare reports, which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income and expenses based on past, present, and expected operations.
- Prepare departmental and company-wide budget; monitor compliance throughout the year.
- Determine depreciation rates of assets and advise management on operational adjustments due to tax revisions.
- Prepare financial statements and other reports required by regulatory agencies.
- Maintain inventory valuation records
- Advise management about property, and workers compensation insurance coverage.
- Maintain cash balance.
- Review and apply changes to ensure effective internal controls.
- Coordinate the provision of information to external audit team.
- Establish and maintain policies, procedures and practices relating to the management of all accounting related functions including cost accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit policies, billing, general ledger and fixed asset accounting
- Be a strong business partner to the management team and to headquarters, communicate financial information to non-financial people in an appropriate way

Controller Qualifications:

- Masters degree in Finance Accounting (CPA preferred)
- Eight years applicable experience, with at least three years in a manufacturing environment
- Supervisory experience

- Must have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Must be able to read and interpret work documents
- Must have the ability to lead teams
- Must have the ability to perform basic math
- Must have the ability to adapt to frequent changes
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common financial reports and legal documents.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from regulatory agencies or members of the business community.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and presentations
- Ability to effectively present information to top management and/or boards of directors.
- . Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
- Ability to define and solve problems
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical information in mathematical form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Ability to understand, interpret, and apply GAAP
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of SAP (ERP) or similar is a plus
