Our Office Manager role requires an energetic professional with excellent organization

and communication skills to keep up with ever-changing tasks. This person needs to be

a strong and reliable support to our internal teams as well as our customers.

Multitasking while focusing on efficiency and time management are the keys to this role.

Primary Responsibilities:

-Answer phones, assist customers with general needs and some pre-selling.

-Enter leads from phone calls, web generations and all social media.

-Calendar management for the team-setting appointments with customers and

keeping the teams calendars current.

-Assist with crew onboarding. Welcoming new crews, providing them with the

required documents and updating information in our software.

-Assist with employee onboarding. Writing job descriptions, managing job

posts, and preparing materials for new employees.

-Assist operations and the management teams with various needs.

-Preparing sales materials for the sales team.

-Planning company events including team meeting meals and appreciation

parties.

-Other miscellaneous administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies and

keeping the office clean.


Qualifications:

-Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.

-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Strong organizational and planning skills.

-Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures.
