Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Permanent Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll and benefits process for our company. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Manage employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
• Process accounts payable transactions related to payroll and benefits
• Prepare and file payroll tax returns and other regulatory filings
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
• Proficient in ADP or similar payroll software
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations
• Experience with accounts payable processes related to payroll and benefits
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
