MS/HS Substitute Teacher

Kindred School District is looking to hire substitute teachers for the 2023-24 school year, for grades 7 through 12. (This is for Kindred High School) Class sizes averages between 15 and 25 students.

These positions are needed for varying days throughout the school year, The grades, subjects, and class sizes will also vary.

Some of the duties could include:

• Taking Attendance

• Assisting students with boarding or exiting school buses

• Follow lesson plans designed by absent teachers.

• Distribute teaching materials, such as textbooks, workbooks, papers, and pencils, to students.
• Enforce school and class rules to maintain order in the classroom.
• Operate equipment such as computers or audio-visual aids to supplement presentations.
• Supervise students during activities outside the classroom, such as recess and lunch.

Must be licensed to teach or substitute in the state of North Dakota

Must be 18 or older

Pay is $145 per day.
