Description
Hospice of the Red River Valley (HRRV) is looking for a motivated, independent, and responsible Registered Nurse (RN) that can assist in education and training throughout an upcoming program implementation project launching at HRRV. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation in education, lead transformative projects, and make meaningful impact to those we serve. The ideal candidate should have experience in hospice and/or home health with proven success as a leader and mentor. This position will be full-time, benefit eligible, and will be in place through at least January 31, 2025 (with the potential to be extended).

Position Summary

The Education and Grant Implementation Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the integration of educational initiatives and managing the implementation of grant-funded projects at Hospice of the Red River Valley. This multifaceted position requires a combination of knowledge in hospice care, home health, clinical educational expertise, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop education programs aligned with organizational goals and grant requirements.
  • Provide training and clinical support to hospice expansion areas including in-person work at all locations using HRRV HEART expectations.
  • Oversee and design curriculum, training materials, and resources tailored to learner needs and specific to the grant requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with grant guidelines, reporting requirements, and deadlines.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones for grant-funded initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement grant specific education programming and projects effectively.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders and funders.
  • Share expertise and resources with colleagues to promote continuous learning and improvement.
  • Travel to regional service areas in ND, including overnight travel.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Licensed RN in ND and MN (or willing to obtain dual licensure)
  • Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, nonprofit management, or related field;
  • Experience in educational program development and project management.
  • Understanding of education policies, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in education.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and multicultural environments is desirable.
