Position Overview
Work with all types of Accounts Receivable to collect, monitor and process all Accounts Receivable issues. Work closely with Sales and assigned accounts to create a positive customer experience for both internal and external customers.


  • Process electronic and paper checks payments
  • Process credit/debit memos and all manual credits and debits as needed
  • Process electronic and paper mail
  • Process delayed and scheduled orders prior to shipping
  • Process internal and external calls
  • Process Web Chats as assigned
  • Balance Accounts Receivable reports daily
  • Work on Assigned monitored accounts
  • Process Credit Card declines, fraud prevention, and balance daily
  • Process COD payments and balance daily
  • Other projects, initiatives and duties as assigned

  • Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Excellent number skills
  • Must have good voice quality and tone and be able to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Basic typing, phone, and computer navigation skills
  • Ability to provide a positive, professional and enthusiastic outlook or perspective when interacting with customers
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
  • Demonstrated ability to change focus quickly based on requests by customers and employees/management
  • Good listening skills to gain full understanding of customers needs
  • Ability to actively participate as a team member in order to meet departmental goals
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motion
  • Ability to remain calm when encountering a stressful situation with a customer
  • Ability to remain patient when working with different cultures
  • Ability to speak to customers on the phone for a minimum of six hours a day
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motion
  • Ability to sit in front of a computer for a minimum of two hours before taking breaks of lunches
