Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain the company's facilities and equipment to include general duties (windows, floors, trash & recycle, snow removal including equipment operation, yard care, painting, office moves, etc.), mechanical duties (plumbing changing light bulbs and ballast, general electrical knowledge, filter changes, scissor lift and forklift operation, floor scrubber operation and maintenance of this equipment) and General facility care. Also provides campus support in the form of driving customers/instructors in company vehicles around campus, supporting retail inventory management and other customer service support duties. Ensures that all assigned work areas are kept clean, orderly, and presentable at all times. Wears proper protective equipment during appropriate job functions. Complies with all paperwork that governs job duties. May be assigned to different work areas as needed. Performs other duties as assigned by the Department Supervisor, Vision Center GM or appropriate designee.

Supervisory Responsibilities: May assist and explain job responsibilities to others.

Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or GED; or one to twelve months' related experience or training.
Language Skills
Ability to read, comprehend and interpret instructions and documents. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, leads, and supervisors of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to measure with high degree of accuracy within small tolerances.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to deal with problems and interpret a variety of instructions using independent judgment.
Computer Skills
Little or no computer experience necessary.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Driver's license required.
Other Qualifications
Attention to detail required. Must be an excellent team player.
