Job Summary:
The primary function of the Regional Director - EU is to direct, manage, and guide the European sales centers to exceed the European quota new CIRRUS aircraft sales and deliveries.

Essential Duties:
• Develop, mentor, and motivate sales centers to add strength to the team's performance and continuously improve sales results in Europe.
• Share best practices across the spectrum of the role with colleagues and company management.
• Identify, implement, and support sales promotion/marketing activities, events, and prospecting campaigns.
• Seek and support fleet deals in conjunction with the Fleet Sales Director.
• Educate team members of industry/competitor activities across Europe.
• Lead and/or sponsor market expanding initiatives (e.g., shared ownership, non-pilots, fractional opportunities), and various international projects to support company sales objectives.
• As needed and in person, split time equally among Sales Centers to enforce and support implementation of sales strategies and business plan initiatives.
• Full responsibility of European marketing and event budget in collaboration with Business Director, Sales and Marketing, and the Vice President, Marketing.
• Create and manage marketing activity budgets and business plans for all Sales Centers within division.
• Provide timely feedback regarding Sales Center performance and guide performance improvement when needed.
• Meet regularly with colleagues and company management to determine International sales and marketing strategy.
Requirements Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's Degree preferred, but not required.
• Successful sales experience in high-end product or service (e.g. automotive, real estate, or other discretionary good.)
• Current private pilot's license, preferably with an Instrument and CFI rating.
• Additional European languages would be helpful.
• Excellent management skills including the ability to manage a multi outlet dealer network within Europe from a sales/marketing, event and business management perspective.
• Additionally applicants must have a comprehensive set of people skills to include the ability to resolve conflict, coach and develop, and measure individual job and dealer performance.
• This position will require extensive travel throughout Europe as well as limited travel to the USA.
• Experience with Microsoft business suite, and salesforce.com a plus
