Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction to all Vision SF50 customers from the date the aircraft order is received through the delivery of their aircraft. The Relationship Manager specializes in maintaining and enhancing the customer relationship by providing a professional, no hassle environment to customers on their journey from order holder to lifelong customer. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Ensure every customer's experience is a positive one and place the needs and expectations of the customer first. • Main customer contact for pre-delivery, delivery, post-delivery, service, any questions/concerns for customer may have. • Liaison with production for customer configuration requirements and any changes that are requested • Work with SalesForce, Marketo, Cirrus Life to communicate with the JPH's • Use ERP to create customer and sales order numbers • Process export paperwork for aircraft that will be delivered in foreign countries • Schedule customer events that take place at Cirrus (delivery, customer brief, tours,) with necessary departments. • Provide guidance on additional products and services after order is placed to ensure greatest take up rates. • Coordinate with flight training department for training of customers • Review FAA documents prior to sending for filing • Assist with International Registry process • Arrange factory tours for customers as needed • Process payments and update spreadsheets • Delivery: o Schedule: Customer Brief, Delivery experience, notify all parties involved o Delivery Documents: Prep, Presentation, Customer Signs • Maintain and revise checklist for proficiency • Coordinate with customer trust companies for aircraft registration • Coordinate with finance companies for documents required for funding • Continue contact with customer after delivery, engage with new products Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree; or 3 - 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage own files/customers. Attention to detail and prioritizing skills required. Excellent customer service skills.
