The main roles/responsibilities of the community Cook may include: responsible for the preparation of attractive, nutritious and well balanced meals according to the developed menus in accordance with sanitary standards and recognized food servicing standards. Assist Dining Services Director in achieving budget goals, inventory management, and cleanliness of all food service areas and supervision of Dining Services staff. Experience, strongly preferred.
