Performs a variety of responsibilities related to provider compensation, including but not limited to: participates in designing, implementing and maintaining models for compensation plans; ensures pay is accurate and reflective of contracts; collects and prepares payroll for processing and answers provider’s compensation questions; maintain comp accrual and liability account reconciliation; participates in annual operating budget related to provider revenue, volumes, compensation and benefits, reports and audits RVUs and other provider production information; provides core data to external and internal organizations and committees; analyzes impact of compensation model changes and makes appropriate recommendations; works closely with business analysis team on various projects; other duties as assigned. Position requires high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with a variety of levels of operational leadership, physicians, coworkers and others; along with good communication skill to explain complex information.

Analysts in level 1 roles typically support supervisors, managers and directors. In a level 1 role, analysts can expect to receive input and seek guidance from other members of the Finance team to complete work assignments. Assignments will be evaluated for the appropriate level of complexity, risk and scope based on the experience of the analyst.

NOTE: Applicants will be considered for an level I or II based on assessed experience, with added responsibility within each higher level.
