Concentrated Care RN or LPN (evenings and straight nights) – PRN
Provides concentrated care nursing to appropriate hospice patients in coordination with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) that is consistent with the goals, definitions, philosophy, and purpose of Hospice of the Red River Valley. Provides concentrated care nursing as determined by nursing staff including symptom control, assessment, intervention and psychosocial support of patients/families.
- Minimum of one year’s experience in direct patient care including familiarity with patient assessments and symptom control
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiarity with principles related to dying and death strongly preferred
- Flexibility in scheduling of hours necessary
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations Required
- Licensure in North Dakota and Minnesota
- Current drivers license and auto insurance
