Part Time Bookkeeper /Staff Accountant as a contractor
We are seeking a part-time Bookkeeper/Accountant contractor who is motivated, reliable, responsible and organized.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of bookkeeping/accounting work experience and/or financial analysis experience and be able to handle multiple tasks, experience with an accounting firm a definite plus and currently live in the Perham plus area.
- QuickBooks data entry, including checking account transactions and credit card charges
- Prepare Income Statements and Balance Sheets
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Monthly reconciliation of credit cards and bank accounts
- Prepare and process payroll, sales tax, accounting on a monthly basis
- Prepare financial analysis as required
Experience, Education and Skills Required:
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in QB Online, Desktop, Enterprise, & Payroll
- Ability to organize work and meet deadlines
- Self-starter, motivated, accurate, detail oriented and excellent work ethic
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with multiple clients
