Part Time Bookkeeper /Staff Accountant as a contractor

We are seeking a part-time Bookkeeper/Accountant contractor who is motivated, reliable, responsible and organized.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of bookkeeping/accounting work experience and/or financial analysis experience and be able to handle multiple tasks, experience with an accounting firm a definite plus and currently live in the Perham plus area.


  • QuickBooks data entry, including checking account transactions and credit card charges
  • Prepare Income Statements and Balance Sheets
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Monthly reconciliation of credit cards and bank accounts
  • Prepare and process payroll, sales tax, accounting on a monthly basis
  • Prepare financial analysis as required


Experience, Education and Skills Required:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in QB Online, Desktop, Enterprise, & Payroll
  • Ability to organize work and meet deadlines
  • Self-starter, motivated, accurate, detail oriented and excellent work ethic
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with multiple clients
