Apartment Housekeeper - Grand Forks
Part Time: 10-15 Hours a week cleaning of apartment properties
Complete cleaning requests as received from Community Manager. In addition to cleaning the general common areas, the Cleaning Technician must be able to complete such things as turnovers, vacuuming, garbage removal, and light painting.
High School education. Effective oral communication is required. Applicant must be able to work independently, to organize work, to establish priorities, to follow defined procedures, and to follow through in the completion of tasks. Applicant must be able to physically operate a vacuum cleaner, and small hand tools.
The Cleaning Technician should be able to work with minimum supervision within three months of on-the-job training. The above responsibilities must be completed on a regular schedule which will be set by the Cleaning Technician and Property Manager.
The Cleaning Technician must be able to schedule time as needed to complete jobs at a number of sites.
The Cleaning Technician must have his/her own transportation and tools. Compensation will be paid for mileage involved in the performance of the job. Must have a safe driving record.
