Summary: Responsible for the provision and monitoring of high quality clinical care, consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices to residents in housing with services setting.
Reports to: Director of Clinical Care
Scope: Also takes work direction from Registered Nurses and the Housing Administrator. Has frequent contact and communicates with staff, residents, families members and visitors. Provide regular work direction and monitors the work of Care Attendants on assigned shift.
- Require a current licensure with the State Board of Nursing in Minnesota and requires current CPR certification. Require exceptional customer services skills and the ability to work effectively with changing priorities. Experience working with the elderly in long-term care, home care or assisted living settings is preferred. Excellent communication (written and verbal), critical thinking, and teamwork skills are required
- Required to have the ability to read, write and speak English well enough to communicate with staff, residents and visitors. Must complete and pass a state required background study.
