Job Description: The Human Resources Senior Manager serves as the key HR leader for the assigned market of Essentia Health by providing consultative leadership on business challenges and associated people and organizational implications. Serves as a member of the regional senior leadership team, providing strategic thought leadership and representing leadership needs to the collective HR community. Leads local team of business partners and manages a matrixed reporting relationship with dedicated HR staff in other functional areas in assigned market. Partners with leaders of assigned areas to advise on HR-related matters, including organizational design, talent management, human capital metrics, staff engagement, performance management, total rewards and change management. Responsible for championing HR initiatives within area. Collaborates with functional HR experts to leverage their knowledge as appropriate.

Work Experience:
8 years' HR experience in roles of progressive and varied responsibility.
3 years' experience in a generalist role preferred.

Education Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business, HR management or related field is required. Master's degree is preferred.
