Provides transporting services for patients in a safe manner. Transporting patients to and from their inpatient beds and

other areas like therapy, surgery or radiology. Conducting the maintenance procedures for transportation tools and devices. Retrieving

medical records, prescriptions, and other clinical documentation for patients as requested. Complying with organizational guidelines and

policies of health, safety, and security while offering transportation services.


This position will work part time (32 hours every 2 weeks) at our Broadway campus. The schedule will be every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) 5 PM to 5 AM, one shift during the week (typically Friday 10 PM - 630 AM) and every other holiday. Must be able to float between all campuses if needed.


Whether working in Minnesota or North Dakota, certification is highly preferred. If working in North Dakota and not a Certified Nursing Assistant, must be registered as a Nurse Assistant through the North Dakota Department of Health within four months from the date of initial employment. Certification is required if designated by law (i.e. Home Care). Must have good human relations and communication skills. Must be able to follow procedures and instructions given by the licensed nurse. Must be able to acquire a basic knowledge of patient care principles, medical terminology and equipment within the assigned service area.
