The Business Office Manager is responsible for maintaining accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), collections and assisting with payroll. The Business Office Manager will perform all billing accounting functions of the facility with accounting principles and cost reimbursement principles relating to long-term care. The Business Office Manager assures accuracy of reports and records, orders supplies and handles maintenance on office equipment. The Business Office Manager is responsible for collections.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting preferred
- 1+ years of experience with medical billing, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR) and collections
- Proficient computer skills (light bookkeeping, word processing and spreadsheets)
- Ability to communicate well and pleasantly with staff, residents and guests
