JOB SUMMARY

Assists in performing laboratory activities and other assigned tasks; aids in preparing laboratory specimens and supplies. Responsibilities to include collecting, preparing and processing specimens. May be responsible for entering laboratory orders and results. Ensures the accuracy and quality of laboratory data in a safe and professional work environment.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a full time position of 36 hours a week primarily working between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. working 7 on and 7 off.

QUALIFICATIONS

Completion of a formal phlebotomy program, phlebotomy experience, and experience in a laboratory-related field preferred. May be required to have CPR certification. High school diploma or GED required.
