Call Center Agent
The CMI Group is seeking self-motivated, dependable, and professional Call Center Agents to service our client accounts in a friendly and professional manner. Successful candidates must have a pleasant, clear voice with excellent telephone communication skills. Must be customer service focused while providing light collections services for our different clients and projects.
Responsibilities and Skills Required:
- Self- Motivated
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Customer Service Driven
- Excellent Telephone Communication Skills
- Solid Past Work History
- Strong Work Ethic
- Dependable and Punctual
- Ability to type 25 WPM
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
- Must be able to work on Saturday or Sunday
