We are looking to add an additional TEAM to our Manufactured Home Communities and apartment buildings - located in St. Cloud and St. Joseph, MN.
TEAM consists of one full time maintenance and one part-time manager that will be willing to relocate and live on-site.

Responsibilities and Duties
Maintenance, repairs, replacements, rehab of some homes, and upkeep of our communities and rental units as needed, grounds keeping, including snow removal and lawn maintenance.
Assists in processing resident inquiries and complaints - enforcing community living standards maintain an update leases and rental contracts, organize, assist (and lead) with miscellaneous projects and developments, copy and email when needed, run errands as needed.
Compensation for this position is based on experience: to include a home plus most utilities on-site in one of our communities + wages.
The communities are owned and managed by Summit Management, LLC.
