Call Center Representatives - Fargo, ND
Kelly Services is currently seeking Call Center Representatives to work for a leading Health Information Technology client in Fargo, ND. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fun, professional call center environment! Work schedule is Monday thru Friday 8am- 4pm. No nights or weekends! Pay is $13.00/hour, plus additional $4.27/hour health and welfare benefit. This exciting opportunity is temp-to-hire!
-Respond to telephone and written inquiries from medical providers
-Provide quality customer service to the provider communities
-Research and resolve inquiries in a professional, timely, and accurate manner
-Document all inquiry activities in appropriate system(s)
-High School Diploma or GED is required
-6 months call center or customer service experience
-Excellent communication skills and professional telephone etiquette
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong typing skills
-Ability to multi-task using computer and phone systems
-Goal-oriented and excited about meeting performance metrics
-Ability to work independently in a team environment
