Schedule
Monday - Friday straight shift of 1:30 P.M. - 10:00 P.M. or rotating weekly 1 week 7:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M. or 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. 2nd week 1:30 P.M. - 10:00 P.M.

Position Overview

Be part of a fast paced world class distribution center. Order Fulfillment Team Members process customer orders from around the world from start to finish ensuring customer satisfaction and the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
(Responsibilities will vary daily based on workload to include the following: pick process, pack process, bar coding and customer support.)
  • Pick parts in an assigned zone, quickly and accurately
  • Inspect and receive product
  • Prepackage product for bin/emergency stock
  • Inspect quality of the product before prepackaging
  • Perform packaging tasks which include:
    • Review pack lists to insure correct quantities
    • Verify correct parts have been picked
    • Box product and prepare for shipping
  • Assemble cables and battery packs
  • Cut tape and reel product into sale package quantities
  • Shipping (Processing)
  • Shipping Dock
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, and PDC answering product questions.
  • Handle customer change-order requests when applicable.
  • Investigate customer complaints regarding shipment errors and update inventory stock levels
  • Perform inventory counts as related to customer shortage or overage complaints and update system
  • Other projects, initiatives and duties as assigned


Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Basic computer navigation and typing skills
  • Ability to actively participate as a team member in order to meet departmental goals
  • Ability to provide a positive, professional and enthusiastic outlook or perspective
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task as well as the ability to change focus quickly based on requests by employees/management
  • Able to solve problems quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motion
  • Capable of spending 8-10 hours walking/standing on concrete
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height
  • Dependable, responsible contributor committed to excellence and success
  • Regular and consistent attendance due to need to access physical equipment
