Job you will do
Typical Day in the Life

A typical day as a Training Assistant in Fargo might include the following:
  • Create training event correspondence including participant notifications, agendas and manuals.
  • Prepare, print and bind training manuals, nametags and various required elements for a training event.
  • Coordinate a meeting and then record minutes.
  • Edit a presentation for a webcast training environment.
  • Develop relationships with vendors including hotels, training facilities and transportation companies.
  • Monitor various processes and maintain effective and timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Complete expense reports and travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Support the Learning Management System through data entry and maintenance.
  • Provide back-up support to the Training & Development Coordinator.

  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • You are able to work cross-functionally with staff at all levels.
  • You pride yourself on the high level of customer service you offer.
  • You are highly organized and have a strong appreciation for details.
  • You are an exceptional multi-tasker; you enjoy working on multiple projects and always meet deadlines.
  • You are flexible and can easily adapt to changing priorities.
  • You are proficient with computers, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and using various software packages.
  • In addition to all of this, you have an Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.


Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.
