Prairie St. John's, a 110-bed psychiatric care facility located in Fargo, North Dakota, has been providing services for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors to address behavioral health and substance use challenges since 1997. Prairie offers a full-service Continuum of Care including inpatient hospitalization, day treatment, residential treatment, intensive outpatient services and clinic services. We are the largest, free-standing behavioral health facility in the region.
Prairie St. John's is currently seeking License Practical Nurses to join our amazing and diverse team! No prior experience in behavioral health is required. We look for nurses who demonstrate competent patient care, good communication and relationship skills; ability to set boundaries, hold confidences, establish and maintain trust; social maturity, emotional stability, self-confidence and assertiveness! New graduates are welcome!
Team Based: This position works together with a highly skilled treatment team to complete assessments and evaluations, provide group therapy and case management, and develop both treatment and discharge plans.

Degree required from an accredited School of Nursing. Current licensure as an LPN with the North Dakota State Board of Nurse Examiners is required. Must be knowledgeable and display a professional attitude in all aspects of his/her performance. Oriented and educated in gender, cultural differences and in age appropriate care for the assigned unit.
