PAYmasters Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Human Resources Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to human resource operations with primary responsibility for the onboarding of new employees. This individual will provide clerical and operational support, perform data entry, personnel file maintenance, and provide follow-up to client inquiries. The Human Resources Administrative Assistant will maintain frequent and close working relationships with clients, and employees to communicate and coordinate employee onboarding activities.
Qualified candidates must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. As well as possess strong communication skills, be committed to customer service, have excellent attention to detail, and have multi-tasking ability. Working knowledge of payroll, new hire paperwork, and accounting experience is preferred.
