Responsible for consulting laboratory visits, traveling with and coaching the sales force, and for the training and orientation of new sales staff. Sets short and long term goals for the sales force. Provide direction and leadership in the development of outreach services for Laboratory and Pathology Services. Directs the activities of Outreach Services and retail laboratory opportunities.



National laboratory certification through the American College of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or laboratory licensure through the ND Board of Clinical Lab Practice (NDBCLP) is preferred. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or healthcare related field required. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Health Administration/Master of Healthcare (MHA) degree would be preferred. Must have at least three years experience in a leadership role. Demonstrated experience in developing and sustaining business operations is desirable. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Must have experience providing extraordinary customer service in a prompt and professional manner. Must have the ability to operate independently yet be able to align initiatives within the strategic goals of the system. Computer skills include a strong working knowledge of Excel are required.
