Dietary IV Cook
The Food Service Worker IV (Cooks, Grill Cook, Expediter) maintains inventory; completes requests; prepares food; collaborates with staff; follows standards when preparing food items; practices the standards of sanitation; dates and rotates food items; collects and records food temperatures and completes documentation. Requirements: HS graduate/GED; ability to communicate effectively. Preferred: Tech school training or 1 year food service experience. Essential Physical Requirement: able to perform majority of work while on feet; able to lift 30-50 lbs.
