Position Summary

78 Midwest, a wholly owned subsidiary of GOLDMARK Property Management and Sterling REIT Management, is seeking to hire a Computer Information Systems Project Manager. The CIS Project Manager manages the planning, execution, integration, and testing of business systems solutions and associated applications. This position is responsible for working closely with various internal and external teams to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of systems solutions deployed in support of business goals and strategic initiatives. The CIS Project Manager works closely with other departments to understand the business operations and where improvements in the use of the ERP and Integrated CRM Modules can be made to support the company’s business model.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure decisions made and work completed represent company values
  • Facilitate successful project definition, planning, scheduling, and resourcing
  • Create and improve configuration/implementation processes and procedures
  • Build understanding of business operations and recommend data and information utilization opportunities
  • Actively lead the planning process, project stages, and stakeholder engagement throughout implementation
  • Investigate and resolve ongoing or ad-hoc operational data issues
  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience, Education, and Licensure:

  • Significant background working with ERP Software and CRM Module integrations and deployments.
  • Experience with software implementation projects.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge in RDBMS, Data Modeling, Data Integration concepts beneficial.
  • Understanding of SQL script development preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 5 – 10 years of professional experience and a minimum of 2 years technical project management experience.

Language Skills:
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business information.
  • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquires or complaints.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Reasoning Ability:
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, and schedule form.
