Summary: The Primary function of the Affiliate Marketing Manager is to lead the strategy, development and execution the affiliate program to drive awareness of Swanson Health Products brand and acquisition of new customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and project management skills and have a passion for delivering relevant and personalized customer experiences.

Expectations: The Affiliate Marketing Manager will work closely with 1) Leadership team which will provide overall marketing strategy, 2) Brand Marketing team to ensure functions are aligned with brand standards 3) External Business Partners to deliver relevant customer experiences, 4) Merchandising team to determine products and categories with highest market potential, 5) Business Analytics team to monitor campaign performance and measure return on investment (ROI) and conversion efforts. Key success factors include acquisition of new customers and maintaining monthly revenue targets.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Overall management of the affiliate program strategy and yearly budget target
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external business partners
  • Identify and negotiate placements and opportunities with external business partners (both new and current)
  • Leverage analytics and insights to enhance the affiliate channel
  • Identify and implement opportunities for optimization, including but not limited to advertising creative, landing page optimization and budget allocation
  • Collaborate with digital marketing team and broader marketing department to ensure business is maximized. Communicate campaign performance and actionable insights to broader team.
  • Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
  • Conducts self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of SHP.

    Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business with 5+ years experience managing digital marketing channels and/or affiliate program. Or; an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and duties of the job as listed above.
