Provides resident centered personal care including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining vital signs, psychosocial support and other personal cares. Assists residents in transferring, repositioning and walking using correct and appropriate transfer techniques and equipment; provides range of motion and passive exercise. Completes tasks related to dining and food preparation. Assists residents with meals and snacks, provides water and supplements as appropriate. Provides a positive dining experience. Accurately documents outcomes related to resident cares, behaviors, activities and dietary. Provides housekeeping and laundry services to assist residents with keeping living areas clean and operational; follows consistent hand washing and Personal Protective Equipment use. Provides assistance/documentation with wellness and recreational programs and encourages residents to participate.


Part-Time 16 hours per 2-week pay period / 8hr evenings; every other weekend, holiday rotation. #featuredjob


Required CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing. OR, one must become a State Certified CNA within 4 months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement. CNA training and certification required and provided by facility. CNA certification must be maintained with the State Board of Nursing. Prior long term care experience preferred.
