Bank Forward in Fargo, ND has an opening for a full-time Human Resources Payroll Specialist. Primary responsibilities will include the preparing, processing and reporting of payroll. Other duties will include recruiting and staffing, general HR administration, and employee relations.
Position requires the general knowledge of employment law and an understanding of HR policies and procedures. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be detail oriented, and have extensive problem solving skills. Must be able to work independently in a rapidly changing environment and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Accounting, general ledger, and payroll knowledge is preferred.
Position requires a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field and a minimum of three years human resources experience or the equivalent in related work experience.
