Provides a variety of clerical duties, this includes sorting and prepping of records/documentation to make sure that is readily available l to be scanned into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Retrieve paper records; if needed for ROI or patient care.


Hours for this full time position will be 8:30am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Opening and sorting of mail. Entry of Release of Information requests into Release of Information module. Distribution of medical records to requesters.


High school diploma or GED. Health Information Technology (HIT) degree preferred. General clerical experience preferred with some exposure to medical terminology. Previous experience in clinic and/or hospital setting preferred. Word processing, computer, and scanning experience
