The position will require you to multi-task while assisting with scheduling and providing correspondence to measurable department goals, and ensure successful completion of overall projects. This position will be responsible to assist in creating and tracking equipment/tools and project completion. This is a vibrant position at Vertical Limit, playing a basic role in Vertical Limit’s strategic direction, development, and future growth.

Job Duties

• Facilitate and coordinate the work of multiple tasks and teams in the establishment
and implementation of new and/or existing projects

  • Develop an understanding of each project’s scope of work to ensure program quality
  • Collaborating with project teams coordinate, gather, and track customer & company supplied materials and project information

• Assist the Administrative Specialist in project budget administration providing cost analysis and forecast overall project performance

• Assist in developing & maintaining a system to track project completion and inventory

  • Create and track contracts, purchase orders, deliverables, manuals, timesheets, travel arrangements, etc.
  • Sustain and update Company database
  • Must be able to generate customized reports and utilize functionality

• Assist in identifying & eliminating barriers to successfully complete projects

• Oversee and allocate task(s) to meet goals and objectives of project teams

  • Responsible for training and support to project teams
  • Provide guidance on current workflow processes and procedures

• Establish a rapport and collaborate with team members, customers, and vendors

  • Serve as a point of contact with both internal and external representatives on overall strategic and technical project matters

• Assist in procuring outside vendors when needed

  • Serve as a liaison between team leads and project status
  • Gain knowledge of the department’s concepts, practices, procedures, and industry requirements

• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Associate’s degree in business, engineering, construction or related field preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Remarkable oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal with attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills; ability to utilize Microsoft Office product knowledge (i.e. Outlook, Word, Access) used to support the data and reporting needs from our software programs
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license that represents a history of safe & competent driving
  • Energetic and mentally prepared; with the ability to meet the physical demands of the duties
