Job Information
Support, coordinate, communicate, process, schedule, edit, expedite and resolve problem areas related to sales orders/dealer needs in order to meet dealer and customer requirements.
Role & Responsibility
Business Knowledge
- Attend staff meetings, Fargo to Field, Dealer
- Prinicipal Call In to keep updated on Business conditions and strategy.
- Perform other such related or similar duties as may be assigned.
Customer Service/Dealer Communication
- Responsible for processing, scheduling, expediting and updating sales orders to meet the dealer and customer requirements, communicate with dealers, customers, District and Regional Sales Managers concerning product availability, delivery, and pricing as well as product information to resolve calls/cases of concern.
- Responsible to communicate with internal staff/update daily tools to drive timely responses that directly affect the external customers.
- Logistics coordination with shipping departments- when loads have or will actually leave. (Contact the shipping department to see when it will be loaded, contact dispatcher to see when the load will leave the yard to give the dealer estimated arrival time).
- Authorize the credit or debit needed to process inaccuracies. (issue credit and debit on any discrepancies of invoices, production, shipping issues which may occur)
Job Requirement
- Experience Required: 2>5 years
- Education Required: Associates Degre or equivalent work experience
- Travel Required:
- Computer skills needed, able to use Microsoft office software.
- Good communication skills, written and oral.
- Strong Customer Service Skills and follow-through necessary.
- Troubleshooting/Training experience.
- Multi tasking experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to follow written/verbal instructions.

What skills, education, and experiences does your ideal candidate(s) have?
•Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
•These are entry level opportunities
•Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly. Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time in order to meet build requirements. Must possess the ability to read build sheets and blueprints.
•The ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level normally acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or GED is required.
•Job specific skills, techniques and safe work and equipment operating practices are learned through on-the-job and classroom training. General instructions are given on recurring duties, operations and assignments; detailed instructions are given on new duties, operations and assignments.
