IT Operations Manager

We have an opening for an IT Operations Manager at our headquarters in Fergus Falls. Join our more than 780 dedicated employees! For this role, we require a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or other related field, or the equivalent in work experience. Training in accounting and project management are beneficial.

Responsibilities
Providing overall leadership and direction for cyber security, computer networking, telecommunications systems, IT compliance, and system administration to ensure continuous development and execution of our company’s technical strategies; preparing and monitoring capital and operating budgets; and ensuring IT network, systems, and telecommunications systems meet business needs while managing acceptable cyber risk.

Qualified applicant should have general knowledge of cyber security practices, communications voice and data networking technologies, and system integration; and a general understanding of IT compliance requirements as they apply to enterprise computing and critical infrastructure reporting.
