Summary

The Materials Planning Analyst will represent the Planning Team company-wide with a focus on data analysis, continuous improvement and change management to improve company efficiency and meet and exceed Cirrus goals and directives. This position is instrumental to drive efficiencies, reduce waste and improve OTD to internal external customers. Reports to the Director of Planning

Responsibilities
  • Understand the interrelationship between Supply Chain and the entire organization
  • Analyze data and use it identify gaps and determine root cause of issues
  • Create and present data-driven process improvement plans which utilize industry best practices
  • Lead and partner interdepartmentally with process stakeholders for RCCA and continuous improvement activities to drive efficiencies and reduce waste
  • Follow-up on CI projects with KPI's to demonstrate outcomes
  • Day-to-day management of company-wide ERP maturation project
  • Create SOP's, process maps and training materials
  • Represent the Planning Team in site CI projects
  • Lead the PFEP process
  • Work closely with IS to identify system gaps and implement improvements

Requirements
  • BS/BA degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field is required
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of Supply Chain experience in ERP environment required with >3 years in Planning.
  • APICS CPIM certification or completion within 1 year of hire
