Postdoctoral Research Fellow

Position Description:
A postdoctoral position in the Department of Physics is available to join the single molecule biophysics research group of Dr. Choi at North Dakota State University. The research challenge will be to probe and to understand protein-protein and protein-ligands interaction using our single-molecule nanocircuit approach. Minimum qualifications are a Ph.D. degree in experimental physics or biophysics. Background in fluorescence-based imaging techniques, nanotube/nanowire/graphene-based biosensors/electronics, microfluidics, low-level measurements, statistical data analysis, and interdisciplinary research are preferred. Salary is commensurate with experience. The term of appointment is for one year, renewable subject to satisfactory progress and availability of funding. Minimum Qualifications:
A Ph.D. degree in experimental physics or biophysics. Effective oral and written communication skills.
