Job Description: The Recruitment Manager is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Recruitment Department for the West Market. Provides expertise to recruitment staff to identify and implement innovative recruitment approaches and techniques. Conducts recruitment and sourcing efforts in support of the hiring needs. Collaborates with departments within Essentia Health to ensure employment and recruiting efforts are consistent with Essentia branding strategy. Leads a team of professionals working in the West Market to ensure the recruitment strategy is implemented effectively, within established budgets and complieswith all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards. Requires high level of interpersonal (oral, written and presentation) skills and ability to work with staff, management of employees and ability to collaborate with Essentia Health colleagues. Must be able to model and educate staff on the confidentiality of the employment process. Position also requires high level of customer service skills to
establish and enhance positive relationships with management, co-workers, and internal/external customers.

Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, including experience with applicant tracking systems, and
strategy development

Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources Management, or related field of study
