We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) that will work under the general supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide services to residents in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act.
Flexible shifts are available - let's talk about options for your work week.
We are looking for someone that is flexible with their approach, trustworthy in their manner and comfortable working both within multi-disciplinary teams and independently as needed. This position requires time management skills and someone who can see the big picture while maintaining high standards for the details. The successful candidate will be able to encourage and empower our care staff while also maintaining a level of coordination and discipline among those staff.
We have a full-time and part-time LPN position open with a hiring bonus for FT.

Edgewood has 59 locations across a seven-state area. Edgewood - Hermantown is our largest community, with dedicated buildings for memory care, assisted living and independent living. The ideal candidate will understand that this is home for our residents and we strive to maintain that "home-like" setting while also providing outstanding support, assistance and being a positive presence for Edgewood in the community. We have four kitchens on our 3 building campus and discounted meals are available to employees.
Job Type: Full-time and part-time.

Minimum Requirements
- Current state Practical Nurse licensure.
- Work experience that demonstrates three (3) or more years of increased responsibility in the healthcare field.
- Geriatrics, dementia, and/or Assisted Living work experience preferred
