Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, the Admin Coordinator is responsible for customer account management, accounts receivable and accounts payable, inventory, and other location administrative responsibilities.

Job Description:

Assists with processes and customer sales questions
Customer account management to include: invoicing, sales order, price books, pre-pays, troubleshooting
Generates various reports as needed
Performs administrative duties to include: keyboarding, mail distribution, answers telephones, payroll administration, maintains files, office correspondence
Provides administrative support to the Location Manager and Sales Team
Handles accounts receivable/accounts payable
Customer relations
Coordinates collection and preparation of timesheets
Prepares all new hire paperwork
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Office experience preferred
College degree (2-year min) or equivalent required
Pre-employment drug and background screen required
Able to work additional hours to meet business demands
Possess leadership qualities and business acumen
Attention to detail
