Little Falls Care Center is a BRAND NEW 64-bed skilled nursing facility in Little Falls, Minnesota. Designed around the town in the 1950's era, we are truly one of a kind! We are also on the Top 100 list of Care Center's for the state of Minnesota.
Not everyone has a babbling brook running through their facility - but we do. Not everyone has neon lights and street lights lining their main corridor - but we do. Not everyone has a juke box in their 1950's inspired dining room - but we do! Our residents who grew up and lived here all of their lives will tell you that we nailed it in regards to how we designed our new Care Center to reflect the town during that era. So I ask you...
