Allstate is searching for self-motivated and hungry sales professionals looking to start a new career in the insurance industry. Our insurance agency is expanding and a position in sales is now available.

Insurance Sales Agents will earn $30,000 a year if they are average, $45,000 if they are good, and $60,000+ if they are a superstar producer.

Zero cold calling is required, however, high call activity and efficient follow up with leads will be expected. With over 250 warm insurance leads purchased each month with high propensity for producers to contact, sell, and close deals on a daily occurrence.

Earning potentials are not capped, the more you write the higher your payout percentage.

In conjunction with purchased leads, the agency utilizes telemarketers to make cold calls on our behalf to generate quality leads. Several thousand mailings will be sent by Allstate Corporate with agency contact information in addition to several thousand sent by the agency.

Dedicated webpages and search engine optimization tools are utilized to further broaden the breadth of exposure combined with ongoing Allstate television/radio ads and mass marketing campaigns in addition to agency marketing efforts.

Allstate has been on the rise in in the Midwest with abundant growth potential in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Excellent opportunities are available for quick advancement with the potential to run OR own additional Allstate locations after 12-18 months.

Licensing is provided as well as individual training of Allstate products, talk paths, and lead management will be provided once licensed. Candidates will need to possess excellent phone and face to face communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
-Ensure positive customer experience with every interaction
-Deepening relationships with customers by selling additional products
-Providing excellent customer service by processing payments & reporting claims
-Conducting needs-based policy reviews and updating policies and coverage as needed
-Cross- selling existing customers with other Allstate products and brokered products where available
-Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals
-Generating quotes at high volumes
-Maintaining accurate documentation in agency systems
-Maintain required licenses

Experience:
-Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
-Confident, self-starter who works well independently
-Ability to effectively work with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience
-Efficient and driven to fulfill customer needs
-Strong computer skills
-Must have ability to multi-task
-Strong organizational skills
-Currently licensed in Property & Casualty, Life, Accident and Health license with one year minimum insurance agency experience preferred
-Unlicensed candidates who are willing to obtain their property and casualty licenses may also be considered

Compensation:
-Target Compensation of $40,000+
-Flexible working hours
