RN Unit Manager

Villa Maria is a 140 bed skilled nursing facility and a member of the SMP Health System. We are looking for an RN who is caring, competent, flexible, results oriented and dedicated to continuous learning. The Unit Manager coordinates total nursing care of the resident in association with the Director of Nursing.

We are seeking applicants with problem solving abilities along with mentoring and leadership skills. Applicants must value teamwork, accept changing role duties and be willing to develop multiple skills and perform a variety of tasks. Long Term Care experience is beneficial but not necessary. We offer an excellent salary and benefit package with individualized orientation.
