Director of Home Care & Housing

Bridgeway Estates, a division of Little Falls Health Services is looking for a new candidate to fill our Director of Home Care & Housing position that has just recently opened up. The successful candidate must be proficient in planning, organizing, developing and directing the day-to-day functions of Home Care and Housing Services in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern assisted living facilities.

Education & Experience:
Applicant must possess a current, unencumbered, active license in Minnesota as a Registered Nurse (RN). Must maintain current CPR certification. 3 to 5 years of experience is preferred, but not required. Must have a minimum of one year management experience. Must be knowledgeable of computer systems, system applications and other office equipment.

This is a full time position making the qualified applicant eligible for our amazing benefits package which does include 100% employer paid, single plan health insurance coverage as well as monthly employer contributions of $150.00 into the employee's HSA account. Like I said - it's AMAZING!
