Description

Under proper direction, the PCA CMA provides residents with assistance in meeting scheduled needs as outlined in the care plan/service plan and in assisting with unscheduled needs when required according to established property policies and procedures and as may be directed by their supervisor. 

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED), required.
  • Ability to meet ongoing and/or continuing education as required and as outlined by department.
  • Previous experience in long-term care, preferred.
